Lila Arzillo – Founder of Timeless Belle LLC

Hi, I’m Lila Arzillo—licensed esthetician, professional makeup artist, and founder of Timeless Belle LLC. Born and raised in Ridgeland, South Carolina, I’ve always had a deep love for beauty, wellness, and the natural charm of the Lowcountry. The river and the beach are my happy places, inspiring the calm, confident energy I bring to every appointment.

My beauty journey began early—by age 14, I was already working professionally as a wedding vendor, providing hair and makeup services for brides and special events. What started as a creative passion quickly blossomed into a career fueled by dedication and a commitment to excellence.

Though self-taught, I sought out mentorship and advanced education wherever possible. I attended night classes at the Advanced Aesthetics Academy while balancing cheerleading, a barista job, and AP/dual enrollment courses throughout high school. This foundation continues to influence the high standards I hold in my work.

With over seven years of experience, I specialize in on-location hair and makeup for weddings, proms, pageants (including Miss USA), TV, podcasts, modeling, and celebrity clients. At Timeless Belle, I lead a team of freelance artists dedicated to delivering flawless, personalized beauty experiences.

In addition to Timeless Belle, I partner with Tiffany Daley, NP, owner of Well Being Healthcare in Bluffton, SC, where I provide laser treatments and full-body waxing services. At Well Being Spa, we use the advanced Harmony XL Pro laser platform offering:

Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, drawing, and relaxing with a good movie and popcorn. Beauty and wellness are my lifelong passions, and I’m excited to continue growing and evolving while helping my clients look and feel timelessly radiant.
